We meet on the first, third and fifth Monday at 2 to 4pm at the Bridges Community Centre for a couple of hours country dancing. Dancing is one of the recommended exercises for older people. Folk dancing has the big advantage that it exercises the brain as well as the body. We spend a great deal of time laughing and this is also a grand way of exercising.
