Do you have a little knowledge of French but wish that you could speak it better, then why not join Les Petits Français. As the name implies we are a small group of people who have a little knowledge of French but wish to improve.

We have an external tutor who has lived and worked in France for many years. Each lesson uses a blend of conversation and reading to help us learn.  Discussions can be wide ranging, from what we have been doing during the previous week to topical news items.  Conversations around the life and culture of France are also popular.
Currently we are reading "Le Petit Prince", a book which has sold over 200 million copies worldwide.  This simple tale tells the story of a child, the little prince, who travels the universe gaining wisdom.  We have also recently read the first par of "L'etranger".  We take turns at reading and translating small sections of the text which often brings up questions about grammar which are expanded on as required.
