ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM talk is 'Animal Encounters" by Fran Sandham who has spoken at members meetings twice before.
"Animal encounters have always been one of the most familiar features of African explorers' accounts in history. Author Fran Sandham, who walked 3,500 miles solo across Africa from the Atlantic Skeleton Coast to the Indian Ocean, looks at some of the great explorers' run-ins with African wildlife - interspersed with a few of his own experiences in Africa".
Dr Keith Moseley will be speaking on Artemis 1 which we hope all have been launched by then!
Artemis 1 is the first in a series of NASA missions, which it is hoped will eventually land man on the moon and then mars. The rocket boosters are the largest ever built and are reusable. Dr Keith Moseley will explain the mission and the future of NASA's ambitious mission.
